Please review these terms for acceptable use, network management, and other important details about your Vision Systems service.
The Vision Systems network is designed for typical interactive use by customers at their devices. Excessive or unattended activity that results in sustained bandwidth consumption may burden the network and can be restricted. Customers must comply with any current bandwidth, throughput, file-storage, or other service limits.
We manage our network to maintain a quality experience for all users. Activity must not restrict, inhibit, disrupt, degrade, or impede our ability to deliver and monitor services. Customers are provisioned at least at standard speeds; many experience extended speeds. If usage exceeds threshold limits during a sample period, speeds may revert to standard for a limited time until usage drops below threshold.
Residential or commercial customers may not resell, share, or redistribute the Service to third parties without prior written consent. Running servers (e.g., mail, web, FTP, IRC, DHCP) or providing network services to others via residential service is not permitted. Use of file-sharing or peer-to-peer applications to download or distribute unauthorized content (e.g., copyrighted movies, music, books, software) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Posting, transmitting, retransmitting, or storing material that violates any law or regulation—including copyright, trade secret, patent, or other intellectual-property rights—is prohibited. We may modify speed, interrupt, or prohibit traffic that violates these terms or applicable law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version and takes effect immediately upon posting.
